JUNIOR Amanda Purcell won Gaudet Luce's ladies club championship on Sunday for the third year in a row.
Purcell scored a record equalling total of 73 (one over-par) to win the title.
It was an impressive performance for Purcell, who has a handicap of five, after her golf bag was stolen weeks before the tournament.
However, equipment suppliers Callaway managed to send her replacements in time for the tournament.
Purcell, a member of Worcestershire's senior and junior teams, is taking a year off from university to concentrate on playing golf.
