A YOUNG hairdresser from a Rubery salon is celebrating after receiving a top award.
Nineteen-year-old Louise Stockwell, who works at Pamela's hair salon in Edgewood Road, has been given a prestigious 2005 excellence award for passing her NVQ level II with flying colours.
Owner of the salon Pamela Hawley said: "It is brilliant, she has worked very hard for it. Louise has done very well and has a great future ahead of her."
