Miles Illingworth (3-14) put the brakes on MCT, while Andy Leach (67no) saw Worcester Nomads home by eight wickets.
In Division Two, 15-year-old Liam Paddock took 2-20 and opened the batting with 43 in The Chase's win over Crowle.
Baz Finch and Chris Ralphs put on 80 in six overs to give Northwick Strollers victory against Kempsey.
