I DON'T see how Tory Margaret Harper can blame Labour for an increase in violent crime.
I blame all these violent films, videos and DVDs that Britain's teenagers are saturated with all the time these days.
As a teenager in the 1950s, I used to enjoy Tom and Jerry cartoons, which were played just for laughs.
