ONE eagle-eyed Worcester News reader has filled in some of the gaps about a 1903 picture of the city which featured in the newspaper.
Douglas Cook said Tuesday's Flashback shot, entitled Worcester Electric Tramway Siege, 1903 is of the lower end of Broad Street, off Deansway.
In 1948 Mr Cook, of Birchfield Close, Barbourne, worked at former coal merchants F W Pratt, on Broad Street at the corner of what was then Dolday.
He said the shop on the opposite corner was greengrocer's Sleath but could not add any more on the "siege".
