OUR speaker for the April meeting was Mr A Alpen, or Mr Tilly as he is affectionately known.
He has been in the antiques trade for many years running a shop in Moseley. We had our own roadshow with a quiz about antiques and many members brought along items which he valued. During the coffee interval he was able to answer many of our members questions.
The evening had begun with Barbara Maskell welcoming everyone to the meeting including several visitors. Forthcoming events were announced. The Food, Flower and Craft Fair is on Monday, May 23 at the Ramada Jarvis Bewdley. The theme this year is sea world. The venue for the May lunch club is on May 10 at the Jinny Ring Craft Centre.
Norah's ramble will be on Monday, May 9 at 10am from the Wychgate in the village.
Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, May 4 at Chaddesley Corbett village hall at 7.30pm.
