THE Worcestershire Property Service website has celebrated its first successful transaction.
The county council site has welcomed Direct Letter Box Marketing as its first
customer.
Steve Dallaway visited the site when his firm outgrew his home office.
Since logging on less than six months ago, Direct Letter Box Marketing and its 25-strong team have moved into a new 4,000sq ft unit at Saxon Business Park in Stoke Prior.
"I was relieved to find I could search on-line and meet all my criteria at the touch of a button," said Mr Dallaway.
The website offers commercial property-related information.
It also has free downloadable leaflets and links to other property services.
