MICHELLE Goulding, a member of the Evesham School of Tae Kwon Do based at the High School, finished runner-up in the English Championships.
The 17-year-old, a first degree Black Belt, was in action at the Coventry Sky Dome where she was hoping to improve on the bronze she won 12 months ago.
She did just that as she added the silver award to a haul of bronze, silver and gold ones that she won at the South Midlands Championships.
Michelle obtained her Black Belt last October and is currently studying for her A Levels at Stratford College.
