THE February meeting at St Ambrose Church Hall saw members given a talk given by the secretary Dorothy White and Zilpha Strupinski on "Old Kidderminster."
In March, returning officers Joyce Major and Joan Oakley were welcomed to the guild's AGM. Mrs Audrey Spells retired as chairman and Marian Fox is the new chairman.
The competition trophy was jointly won by Marian Fox and Edna Plimley Rodriguez who will each hold the trophy at six monthly intervals.
There was a beetle drive and competition for a cake, pincushion and flower arrangement in a cup.
At the meeting on April 12, the speaker Christine Ritchie will be talking about her experiences as a"Companion to an Arabian Princess." The competition is for an exotic item.
All members and visitors will be welcome at 10.15am at the above venue.
