CHADDESLEY Corbett suffered a 45-25 defeat to Dudley Kingswinford in a friendly with the quality of kicking proving the difference between the teams.
While DK found the target from penalties and conversions to supplement their six tries, Chaddesley missed all of theirs.
It led to a larger than deserved margin of defeat after Corbett ran in five tries through Connel Kavanagh, James Cameron, Angus Smith, Richard Ash and Rowan Vorster.
Travel sickness cost the seconds as they fell to a 24-12 friendly defeat at Burnham on Sea.
Still feeling the effects of the journey to the South West coast, they found themselves 19-0 down at half time.
And although they hit back after the break through two Jason Jew tries and an Ian Chambers conversion they were unable to claw back the deficit. A mixed Chaddesley team will take on Upton in a friendly on Saturday.
