THE council tax bills will soon be dropping on our doorsteps, with a rise included.
Maybe this will help to get our wheelie bins emptied on time, because this has not been happening of late.
It normally takes a phone call or two for some of us to get what we pay for.
The blame usually centres around parked cars blocking access, but isn't the idea of wheels on bins meant to combat the problem? The bins can be wheeled to the wagon.
