A HI-tech Stourport firm has changed hands in a £500,000 business deal.
Computerproof, based in Anglo House, Worcester Road, was started as a family business in 1989 to offer IT support in the retail, manufacturing and service sectors.
Business agents, Beardsley Theobalds, said they advised the five directors to look for a buyer to take over the business for £500,000.
Agent, Ian Mackenzie, said new owner, Mark Bradley, intended to keep on the eight staff and use his IT background to expand the business.
