FANS of West Bromwich Albion are starting to believe the Great Escape is on - and a Kidderminster firm is showing them the way.

The relegation-haunted Premiership club called on Progressive Print Services, of Firs Industrial Estate, to come up with a Great Escape Kit for each of the 2,000 fans who travelled by coach to Charlton Athletic on Saturday.

The kit included a team photo, a postcard to send a message to the club and an inflatable pink hand for sponsors, T-Mobile, and was given away by a Steve McQueen lookalike.

"I couldn't believe it when I saw a feature on it on Match of the Day 2 on Sunday," said managing director, Steve Burrows. "We have a corporate box at the ground and all of our five staff are fans. The club called us and asked us to produce something and we only had two weeks to put it together. I'm over the moon it was such a success."

He said the design and printing firm had only been open for six months and this was its biggest job to date. It also produced 40 posters for the coaches travelling to the match - which Albion won 4-1.

"The club got back to us on Monday and they were really pleased, especially as we won," said Steve.
