CHRISTIANS Together in Colwall will be gathering on Colwall Green today (Good Friday) at 2pm to begin the walk of witness through the village. The finish will be at Colwall Free Church at about 3pm. All are welcome to join for all or part of the walk.
The next parish council meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 30, at 7.30pm at the village hall.
On Palm Sunday evening, the Faure Requiem was sung by Colwall Church Choir and Orchestra together with the Cradley Singers, conducted by Stefan Scot. This was performed at St James' Church, Colwall, to a packed congregation. Donations raised will go towards the Tengeru Hospital in Tanzania, which is this year's chosen charity being supported by the Cradley Singers.
