Amblecote's Glasshouse Studio Theatre plays host to a night of funky self-penned soul music with the Jessica Doughty Trio this week.
The band - fronted by 18-year-old singer/songwriter/keyboard player Jessica Doughty - will be taking to the stage at the Wollaston Road venue tomorrow (Friday October 15).
The talented youngster from the Welsh borders, who is also making a name for herself in the athletics world having been crowned Welsh triple jump champion, will be playing from around 8pm.
Jo Evans, publicity officer for the Glasshouse, said: "She's quite something."
Tickets cost £5 (£4 concessions) and they are available from the box office on 01384 399430.
Gig-goers are invited to take along their own booze.
