WILL Wigram looks to have secured his stay at Worcester Rugby Club until the end of the season.
Worcester's director of rugby John Brain said the former Wasps man, who joined the Sixways promotion challenge in December, is "very likely" to stay on for the rest of the season.
The centre did his chances of a first-team call-up no harm on Monday in a reserve match and could be included in Saturday's squad at Bedford.
"He did OK when we had the ball," added Brain. "In the first half the backs had some ball but they weren't given the chance in the second. We think Will has a lot of potential and if he works hard he will continue to improve."
Australian fly half Tim Walsh will today undergo a scan on his injured hamstring and is unlikely to play any part at Bedford. Craig Chalmers and James Brown will battle it out for the number 10 jersey, while Craig Quinnell should shake off an arm injury.
