JOHN Brain is warning his players that appearances can be deceptive as Henley Hawks travel to Sixways tomorrow.

Worcester's head coach is ea-ger for his side to show no mercy in the National One tie and has underlined the need for 100 per cent focus against the league's bottom team.

Henley have endured a miserable campaign, winning only three games out of 13. However, they have picked up their form with those three victories coming after Worcester's early visit to Dry Leas in September.

On that day, the Gold'n'Blues came away with a 31-0 win but Brain is expecting a very different side at Sixways.

"We've seen them recently and there's no doubt, they are improving all the time," he said.

"Henley, traditionally, are a side who get better as the season goes on. They've recruited heavily and have continued to do so. The last four or five games of the season, they will certainly be a better team."

The Henley clash will be the final game before Worcester's possible championship decider at title rivals Rotherham next weekend.

For Brain, the game gives players a chance to cement their places before the big one.

"We've made some changes for the match, some through injury, some tactical," he added.

"It would be nice to see the Worcester players take their opportunities and stake their claim for the Rotherham match because everyone wants to play in that one."
