WORCESTER City will check the fitness of defender Martin Weir at training tonight to see if he will be fit for Saturday's FA Umbro Trophy second round tie against Bromley.
Weir had to come off with a rib injury against Newport last Saturday and missed the shock 3-2 victory at Burton on Tuesday.
Manager John Barton said: "We will know a little bit more tonight but I would still say Martin is looking doubtful."
Burton gained revenge over City when their reserves recorded a 2-0 Central Conference victory last night. Midfielder John Deakin was the only recognised first-teamer in a young City line-up.
Kidderminster Harriers beat Hereford United 3-0 with goals from Luke Woodley (2) and Adam Bugler.
Meanwhile, Hereford Director of Football Graham Turner is hopeful of having a fully-fit squad for their Trophy tie at Billericay on Saturday.
Winger Paul Parry (groin) and defender Tony James (ankle) should both have recovered from injury, while full-back Paul Sturgess has a chance of making the squad following a knee problem.
