BROMSGROVE Rovers chairman Tom Herbert has missed out on becoming a Southern Football League director.
Mr Herbert was put forward by the Victoria Ground club for election as a Midlands representative on the League's board at their annual meeting in Torquay earlier this month.
Representatives were eventually chosen from Merthyr Tydfil, Histon, Taunton, Erith and Belvedere, Hitchin and Chesham United.
Meanwhile, Rovers have added three more matches to their pre-season warm-up.
Joe Jackson's side have found time in their schedule for Telford United at the Victoria Ground on Saturday, July 24 (3pm), and a trip to Studley on Thursday, July 29 (7.30pm). They will also play Barnt Green Spartak at Alvechurch FC on Wednesday, August 11.
Fixtures are already in place against Stratford, Hednesford, Halesowen, Willenhall, Malvern and Quorn.
