SPECULATION is mounting Redditch manager Rod Brown is set to swoop for Swifts goal machine Lee Booth.
After signing Stourport player-coach Brendan Hackett, Brown had to wait 28 days before he could lodge another seven day approach with his former club.
The four week period expires tomorrow and the Scot is expected to turn to the striker whose goals fired Swifts into the Dr Martens Western division after Brown took him back to Stourport - ironically from Redditch.
United number two was tight-lipped about the move but the prospect of the league's two leading scorers linking up would be a much-needed fillip for the Valley faithful.
Former Bloxwich United midfielder Craig Harris will be at the club tonight to put pen to paper in time for the visit of Bedworth on Saturday.
But the club will not be able to speak to RC Warwick defensive target Dave Jackson until next week.
Feckenham forward Simon Williams has not been seen at the club for a week.
