KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have landed a plum tie at Ipswich Town in the first round of the newly-named Carling Cup.

Aggborough manager Ian Britton was delighted with the draw against one of the favourites for promotion from Nationwide Division One.

"It's a great draw, it's just a pity it's not at home," he said.

"However I'll settle for that as long as we get home draws in the FA Cup. It's a great way to start the season."

West Bromwich Albion are at home to Brentford, ties to be play-ed the week beginning August 11.
