KIDDERMINSTER Harriers' chairman Colin Youngjohns has rubbished recent reports linking Craig Hinton with Stockport County.
The 23-year-old defender was reportedly a £125,000 target for County boss Carlton Palmer but Youngjohns insisted it was old news.
"It's old hat," said Youngjohns. "There have been no fresh inquiries and there is no foundation in the story at all.
"There was interest earlier in the season and it's just a rehash of that. It could be unsettling for the player but fortunately I think he is on holiday in Australia."
