I WOULD like to offer a word of warning against using slimming as a fund-raising stunt.

Slimming should be slow. Adequate healthy food should be taken every day

A dislike of sugary food, sweet drinks and grease should be cultivated, as should the enjoyment of good, healthy, natural food.

A preference for walking instead of driving a car helps.
