A 37-year-old Kidderminster man has been jailed for 30 months at Hereford Crown Court after being found guilty of three charges of indecently assaulting a boy.
Ian Scrivener, of Park Court, Park Street, was alleged to have committed the offences on the boy, now aged 13, between May, 2001 and October, 2003.
He was cleared of one other charge of indecent assault and two of indecency with a child.
