MAY I, through the pages of the Advertiser, vent my anger and despair.

My son's bike was once again stolen this week, although the bike had a combination lock and was attached to the stairwell bannister.

The thief arrived with metal cutters at night.

During the last seven months, my son has had three brand new bikes stolen, the last being his Christmas present and just three weeks old.

If the bike thief could see my son's tears, he might be compelled to show some compassion and return his bike.
