I would like to thank the manager and staff of The Bluebell, Guarlford Road, Malvern.
They invited the residents of The Avenue Care Home for a three-course Christmas lunch. They managed to persuade local suppliers to contribute their produce so there would be no cost to the residents, all of whom live on a small weekly benefit.
This was a fantastic gesture and the afternoon was a great success.
It was particularly pleasing to see the residents being welcomed into the community facilities and our sincere thanks to Dawn, Dave and all the other staff and regulars.
