Entrance for the "Day Out in the British Isles" competition for the David Griffin Cup included John Bryans video of wildlife in north Devon, entitled "The Little Dipper", hot air "Balloons over Malvern" as videoed by Bill Williams, Paul Bye's "Day at Holbeache Farm" where he filmed Suffolk Punch shire horses, Bill Every's visit to "Italy in Wales" (Portmeirion), and John Ruffell's entry "Logan" - a Scottish national garden. However, the winner by audience appeal was "England Versus Italy" by Martin Humphries.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, January 4, when vice-chairman Marcia Tennant, will show some of her work.
The club meets every Tuesday at 7.45pm in Franche Road Baptist Church hall, Kidderminster.
