THREE North Midlands players have been included in an eight-strong England 18-Group training squad for a session at Broadstreet RFC in Coventry from January 2 to 4.
Centre Paul Bailey-Green (Abbotsholme School and Moseley RFC) and flanker Sam McDonald (RGS Worcester and Worcester RFC) both played for the Midlands in last weekend's Divisional Festival at Castlecroft in Wolverhampton.
Loosehead prop Matt Mullan (Bromsgrove School and Worcester RFC) has been tracked by the selectors since he was capped at 16-Group schools level.
They will take part in the three-day session at Castlecroft which is the first of regular get-togethers for the England squad.
