STAFF at Worcestershire's leading landlord are to be put under the spotlight by employees of another housing group.
In an innovative move, workers at Festival Housing Group, which manages 8,000 homes throughout Worcestershire and Herefordshire, will be subjected to reviews by employees of West Mercia Housing Group.
Bromsgrove-based West Mercia will look at Festival housing's operations in its Droitwich-based Spa and Malvern-based Elgar housing associations.
"West Mercia will be looking at the way we treat people, our repair service and estate management, " said Clare Huyton, Executive Director at Festival.
