An Alvechurch pub's Christmas tree is decked with a different kind of decoration to help the needy at Christmas.
Pub-goers at the Red Lion are being given the chance to pluck a label, detailing a small gift, from the Giving Tree.
Gifts will be given to the Salvation Army to distribute to people.
Landlady Heather Winwood said: "Guests have said they are glad of the opportunity to give to a good cause in the traditional spirit of things."
