WESLEY Joyce has been suspended from all football following his sending off against Mangotsfield last month.

The fiery striker has already served a three-match ban for the red card on November 13 but he failed to answer a charge of threatening and/or abusive behaviour towards the match official and the FA have subsequently banned him from all football.

According to the Soho Square website, Joyce is "suspended from all football until his club have completed 99 first team matches"!

However, according to Evesham United's football secretary, Mike Peplow, a letter has been written to the FA and he is just awaiting the player's signature.

To add to Joyce's troubles, the Worcester-shire FA is awaiting the paperwork from his Sunday League side with regard to another dismissal and it's expected that a minimum ban of 35 days will be dished out for his latest misdemeanour.

It's not all bad news for the striker who scored twice in eight matches for United as his impending court case on an off the field assault charge has been put back until next year!
