CATERING students from the Worcester College of Technology seized the opportunity to demonstrate their culinary skills as they prepared and served Christmas lunch to 28 employees from the Learning and Skills Council Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The young chefs-to-be donned their hats and put theory into practice as they served up Christmas early to their guests.
The traditional Christmas lunch came with all the trimmings and everyone tucked into the feast in the Spires Restaurant.
Sharon Gray, director of strategic planning and economic development at the local LSC, thanked the many students involved in preparing the lunch.
"This event is particularly appropriate as the local LSC has been working closely with Worcestershire College of Technology to achieve Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) status in recognition of their quality of provision in catering."
