THREE charities scooped the jackpot after youngsters in Droitwich dished out cash they raised from a charity fun week.
Pupils at Droitwich Spa High School took part in a range of events including air guitar competitions, a kiss auction, leg waxing and teacher-gunging in an attempt to raise funds for St Richard's Hospice, SCOPE and Acorns Children's Hospice. The three charities shared almost £3,000.
Director of sixth form studies Karen Moore said: "It was a fantastic week. The sixth formers organised the events but the whole school took part."
The fund was given a substantial start by a sponsored walk in the Malvern Hills.
and a fair was held in the theatre every lunchtime.
