MORE than 200 Worcester residents aged over 75 could be missing out on a free TV licence, according to the latest figures from TV Licensing.
And with a further 74 people turning 75 this month in Worcester, TV Licensing has joined forces with Age Concern to encourage everyone who is entitled to the concession to apply for it.
In the next few weeks, TV Licensing will send a new, user-friendly information leaflet to those addresses believed to belong to those who are aged over 75.
Leaflet
The leaflet, which features larger, easy-to-read print, is part of a campaign to educate them about the free licence and how to obtain it.
If you do not have a free licence and are 75 or over, contact TV Licensing on 0845 6036 999.
