CONTRIBUTIONS to the Malvern Hills Conservators through council tax are likely to increase by three per cent next year.
Estimated budget costs for 2005/6 show a total levy of £329,000, which amounts to £24.14 for a Band D household.
The figures were due to be discussed by the administration and resources committee last night (Thursday).
Also being discussed were six new information boards for car parks around the hills. The £20,000 cost is being met by a government grant. Further grants of over £100,000 will be spent improving British Camp and Old Hills car parks and footpaths around British Camp.
