Wyre Forest branch members welcomed Tony Hamblin to the November meeting. He showed examples of his photography of the many birds in and around the county.
The final indoor meeting of the year will take place tonight in the King Charles Room at Kidderminster Town Hall, starting at 7.30pm, with a short annual meeting followed by a festive supper.
To end the evening there will be a quiz on bird song.
An outdoor meeting has been organised for Sunday, January 9, which will be a guided walk on Kinver Edge with National Trust warden Edwin Blount. Those attending are asked to meet at 10am by the main entrance, adjacent to the warden's lodge, map ref SO839833.
There is roadside parking space. Non-members will be welcome.
