CARS were damaged during a disturbance in a Kidderminster street.
Police were called to Park Street just before 10pm on Monday after reports a man in his 20s had suffered puncture wounds and three parked vehicles were being damaged. The man was not seriously injured.
At 2.30am on Tuesday, police attended a further disturbance in Park Street, during which there was concern for a man's welfare.
Following negotiations, he surrendered to police and was arrested on suspicion of affray and breach of bail. He was in custody as we went to press.
