A BATCHLEY nursing home was alight with festivities at a recent seasonal event.
People gathered in the garden of Cedar Park Nursing Home, on Cedar Park Road, to watch the switching on of 4,000 white lights in the trees.
The Rev Noel Sharp blessed a tableau of the nativity scene before joining visitors for Christmas carols, a glass of wine and a mince pie.
