NORMAN the miniature pony was the star of the show at a Christmas fayre last Saturday.
The pony, who thinks he is a reindeer, was Father Christmas' special helper in the grotto at Hanbury First School.
Families flocked to the seasonal bazaar and enjoyed the wide range of stalls, games and refreshments.
Julie Allman, of the Friends of Hanbury school said: "It was fantastic. The children all had a lovely time.
"But Norman the pony was the real star of the show as he helped Santa in his grotto."
She said the money raised at the School Road first school was still being counted.
