A BAKERY in Studley was gutted by fire in the early hours of Friday morning.
Although investigations are ongoing, it is believed an electrical fault at the front of Bruno's Bakery in High Street may be to blame.
Three fire engines from Studley, Redditch and Alcester were called to the fire at about 1am.
There were no reported injuries.
Bruno's had recently been refitted and won last year's best Christmas window award from Studley Parish Council
Studley Florist next door was also seriously smoke and heat damaged, wiping out its entire stock.
But owner Pam Taylor-Hughes, who has traded from the High Street for 15 years, was selling from the back yard of the shop the next day with fresh flowers
She said: "Christmas is one of our busiest times so it was a real shock.
"But we moved quickly and got fresh flowers in the following morning.
"Although this is a setback, we are still trading and will continue to do so. We are looking for a temporary base while the shop is cleared up."
