SCORES of children had a "cracker" of a time at a Christmas party held in Malvern by a charity supporting youngsters with disabilities.
More than 50 children attended Malvern Special Families' festive event at the Malvern Girls' College in Avenue Road in the town.
The event was organised by Anthony Marks and college staff, with students from the college entertaining the youngsters with a variety of party games and a disco.
Several children also attended the group's Saturday Club in the morning and made Christmas hats and a huge cracker filled with goodies to take to the party.
Father Christmas also paid a visit to deliver presents and a tombola, guess the weight of the pumpkin competition and a raffle also added to the fun, raising more than £100.
"It went extremely well and the school organised it really well, with the children all having a whale of a time," said Malvern Special Families' co-ordinator Mike Higley.
Malvern Special Families has been running for 18 years and offers direct support to parents and carers through its family support service and play and leisure schemes for children in Worcester and Malvern.
