ANOTHER bid to build a set of apartments on the site of a disused Worcester petrol station has faltered.
Councillors have rejected proposals to build a set of 23 flats at the old Whinfield Service Station, in Ombersley Road.
The planning committee ignored the recommendation for approval from officers and told developers that the design would not fit in with the site.
