A FAMILY pet and a trailer valued at £1,500 have both disappeared from a home on the outskirts of Kidderminster.
The lurcher, called Ruby, went missing from the home in the Low Habberley area, between 5.30pm and 6pm on Wednesday, December 8.
The dog is a 12-month old bitch, champagne-coloured with a white flash on her chest and a small scar below one of her eyes. It also has a red collar.
Two days later, on Friday, December 10, a driver rammed the house's back gate with a car and stole a silver trailer from behind the property, between 11.30am and 3.10pm.
The trailer is described as a large Ifor Williams vehicle with high sided mesh all around. Around £300 damage was caused to the gate.
The vehicle which was used is believed to be red in colour.
Police want to trace a man seen standing near the back of the property just after 2pm on Friday. He is described as having long brown hair, and wearing jeans and a leather jacket.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Kidderminster Police on 08457 444888 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
