THE Friends of the Harriers will be aiming to add to their fundraising grand total of around £50,000 before splitting up.
The volunteers' final event is their 15th annual golf day which will take the form of an 18-hole stableford competition on Thursday, June 10, at Kidderminster Golf Club.
Since forming 14 years ago, they have also organised sporting dinners, race nights and discos to create cash which bought the scoreboard and helped projects in the Aggborough suite.
But they have cited a lack of support for some events and declining volunteer members as reasons for calling it a day.
