Worcester Rugby Club prop forward Alejandro Moreno has been selected for Italy's Six Nations match against Scotland in Rome on February 16.
Moreno was a replacement in Italy's match against France at Stade de France on Saturday and came on in the 59th minute.
He will leave England following Worcester's National Division One league match at Coventry on Saturday, and will miss the re-arranged league match at Manchester the following week.
