The film Wondrous Oblivion is being shown at Pencombe Parish Hall on Wednesday.

The film is about a cricket-mad 11-year-old whose new neighbours set up a cricket net in their back garden.

The neighbours are Jamaican and their arrival inflames racial tensions.

The film is being shown as part of the Flicks in the Sticks initiative, which brings touring cinema to rural venues. Tickets are £3 and the film starts at 7.30pm.
