WELLAND Brownies will hold a mini charities fair at Welland Village Hall at 6.30pm on Wednesday (November 17). There will be cakes, stalls, a raffle and refreshments. The fair will raise money for charities including Cancer Research, RSPCA and Guide Dogs for the Blind.
