BEERS brewed in Malvern and Callow End will be among 28 traditional ales on offer at a Beer Festival in Hanley Castle this weekend.
Starting today, the three-day event will be the 11th annual beer festival at the Three Kings Inn, attracting members of CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, from far and wide.
Among the 28 beers on offer will be Moel Bryn (meaning "bald hill") from Malvern and Baker's Dozen, appropriately enough brewed in the old bakery at Callow End.
Enthusiasts came from as far as Liverpool to sample the beers last year and almost drank the pub dry.
"We usually last until Sunday evening, but we were getting very short of festival beers by the end of the weekend," said Sue Roberts, of the Three Kings.
Dancers will include the Kempsey and Faithful City Morris sides, together with the Appleyard Ladies, from Upton-upon-Severn.
