Five members attended the 70th annual three-day federation conference in Bournemouth.
The Midland Arden region, to which the club belongs, comprises 13 clubs in Worcestershire, Warwickshire and wider West Midlands, being part of Great Britain and Ireland federation, with 398 clubs in over 30 countries, including Grenada and Sri Lanka. The other three federations are the Americas, Europe and south west Pacific.
The conference theme was "Peace and Tolerance" and included a recommendation to the United Nations to implement a resolution on women, peace and security. Speakers included former MP and war correspondent Martin Bell OBE.
Member Carol Strongman was enrolled as president of Midland Arden. Next year the conference will be in Nottingham, with the theme "Together we are strong".
Each club has friendship links with other towns, Kidderminster being linked with Heidelberg, in Germany, and Yeovil.
Seven members visited SI Heidelberg in October, helping celebrate the group's 40th anniversary with city tours, wine-tasting, a river cruise and a lecture.
