A DRIVER who failed to acknowledge a speeding fine and did not attend court was convicted of failing to supply information to the DVLA.
The court heard how Clare Potter, of Salisbury Drive, Kidderminster, was caught travelling at 61mph in a 50mph area on Sunday, March 21, but failed to respond to the fine notice.
The 27-year-old ignored further reminders and one charge of failing to supply information to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency was proved in her absence earlier last month.
Potter, who did not attend court, was disqualified from driving for six months, fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £35 by Worcester magistrates.
